Parking jest dostępny na podwórku kompleksu. Mieszkanie jest nowocześnie komfortowo umeblowane i wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty AGD: 2 klimatyzatory, Smart TV i Netflix, bardzo dobre WI-FI, moskitiery, suszarka do włosów, żelazko z deską, pościel i ręczniki. Well maintained apartment and nice complete with kitchenette. Nice breakfast bowl with various sandwich fillings and different types of coffee. Only the shower is a bit small. We would love to come back again.

Nice apartment. Very well equipped. Good beds. We stayed there in March. It was comfortable on the front balcony in the sun. The other balcony (the big one) is completely in the shade, what will be comfortable during the summer.
The sea was nearby. There is a beautiful bay and you can make a nice walk around the apartment block.
The cats walking around the house were adorable. We recommend the bakery and the Stavento restaurant at the corner. Very nice people and good food.

      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
