TERMS OF USE:
– The tenant is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and also to use energy resources (water and electricity) with respect to the house and not to leave household appliances and taps turned on when it is outside the house.
– The tenant agrees, while living in the leased facility, to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
– The lessee is obliged, leaving the leased object, to hand it over to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise, he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused by him.
– The rent includes and do not oblige to additional payments the use of water, wi-fi, as well as energy consumption.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
– from the moment the tenant receives the link YOUR RESERVATION IS ACCEPTED by the booking accept, the tenant is obliged to make the prepayment amount specified in the request before the indicated Date Of Down Payment Amount table and complete his reservation. During this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. If the advance payment is not paid within the agreed period, the agency and the administrator have the right to offer the property to other customers and this post YOUR RESERVATION ACCEPTED is considered invalid.
– The tenant agrees to pay the remaining rental amount, the amount of the security deposit for the preservation of the property and the amount for the final cleaning of the house on the day of his / her arrival at the rental facility.
– The security deposit will be paid to the lessee at the time of renting the leased property, if there are no requirements for compensation for damage caused to the equipment or furniture of the leased property, by the tenant or his family members.
– The tenant agrees to arrive at the leased object with the number of persons indicated in the data of his reservation in confirmation voucher. Otherwise, we reserve the right to either not accept additional guests at the house, or to demand payment from it for additional persons.
AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– in case the client chooses the method of payment of the prepayment by bank transfer or the Unistream system, the agency is obliged to provide the client with confirmation voucher of his reservation as soon as the prepayment is received at the agency’s account.
– after the reservation is completed, the agency is obliged to provide the Client with a Reservation Guarantee with the entered passport data of all members of his group or family for presentation to the embassy and obtaining a visa.
– the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the leased object at the agreed time and the transfer of keys as well as the reception of the object on the day of departure, delivery of the house.
– the agency undertakes to transfer to the lessee the leased object in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed linens and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal functioning, as well as plumbing installations (water supply, sewage).
RENTED EQUIPMENT EQUIPMENT: WI_FI,  air conditioning, mosquito nets, iron-board,  hair dryer, bed linen and towels. And also a fully equipped kitchen: – mini electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils.
– the agency is obliged in case of equipment breakdown during the rental period to eliminate the fault within two days.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the tenant, the tenant has the right:
– get back the full amount of the prepayment, minus bank losses, if the reservation is canceled in the period earlier than 2 (two) months before the start of the rental (check in).
– get back 50% of the total amount (minus bank losses) of the prepayment for the reservation if the reservation is canceled in the period earlier than 1 month before the start of the rental (check in).
– if the reservation is canceled by the lessee in a period of less than 1 month (30 days) before the start of the rental (check in), the advance payment for the reservation is not refundable.
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency, the tenant has the right.
– receive the full amount of the prepayment with compensation for bank losses on the transfer of funds.
– in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. The entire amount of the prepayment is returned to the tenant without any additional fees.
NOTIFICATION- COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS).
In connection with the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, we extend the period of free cancellation up to 30 days before check in, to all of our accomodations, for the reservations for 2021.
In case the borders do not open or if there is a new border closure, the emergency policies apply with full refund of the deposit up to 7 days before check in.
